The Mid-Autumn Festival is coming, and the workshop at Xinjie Forging has been a little busier than usual.
Before the holiday, the production team is finishing several ongoing forging orders and checking the details that need to be completed before shipment. For a forging factory, the work does not stop at the end of the forging operation. Depending on the order, the parts still need heat treatment, machining, dimensional inspection, and other testing before they are ready for delivery.
This is especially true for our customized forged shafts, forged rings, forged flanges, forged cylinders, and other steel forgings. Many of these products are made according to customer drawings, so dimensions, material grades, heat treatment conditions, and inspection requirements all need to be checked against the order before the parts leave the factory.
The holiday preparation at Xinjie is not complicated. After the main production work is arranged, the team has a chance to slow down, have a meal together, and spend some time with family.
For people working in manufacturing, this kind of break is important. Forging work involves heavy equipment, hot steel, machining, inspection, and tight delivery schedules. After working through another production cycle, everyone deserves a few quiet days away from the workshop.
At the same time, some customer projects will continue to be followed during the holiday period, particularly orders with fixed delivery schedules. Our team will make the necessary arrangements before the holiday so that production and shipment plans can continue smoothly.
The Mid-Autumn Festival is a time for reunion, but for us it is also a short pause between one production schedule and the next.
Thank you to our customers and partners for the cooperation throughout the year.
From everyone at Xinjie Forging, we wish you and your family a happy and peaceful Mid-Autumn Festival.
Happy Mid-Autumn Festival!
