Zhangjiagang Xinjie Forging Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise engaged in the production and processing of multiple types of forgings, specializing in the production of petroleum machinery, pressure vessels, power plants, ships, and various engineering machinery forgings; Has an annual production capacity of 50000 tons of forgings.
The range of forging materials is relatively wide, including carbon steel, alloy steel, heat-resistant stainless steel, ultra-low carbon stainless steel and other materials according to national standards. We also mass produce 20CrMo in the national standard, which is equivalent to SCM420 in the Korean standard. 4130, 4140, 4340 in the American standard is a mature product of the company; The mature products of European standards mainly include S235, S355, as well as carbon steel alloy steel and stainless steel forgings produced according to EN10025, EN10083, EN10084, EN10250, etc.
Our Factory
The company covers an area of 30000 square meters, including a construction area of 23000 square meters and a production area of 20000 square meters. There are currently over 200 employees, including over 40 technical and management personnel, especially a group of senior engineers and experts hired from research institutes of large enterprises such as Jiangsu and Wuhan in forging, heat treatment, and non-destructive testing.
The company implements quality management throughout the entire process of product development, production, and operation in accordance with modern enterprise management systems. It has passed the ISO9001-2008 quality system certification, passed on-site audits of the European Union's PED and AD2000, and obtained PEN and AD2000 certificates.
