Forged blocks of different specifications and weights should be stacked separately; mixing different types or stacking to excessive heights is strictly prohibited. Stacking arrangements must maintain a stable center of gravity, with large or heavy blocks placed at the bottom and smaller ones on top. Restraining blocks or anti-slip measures should be implemented to prevent rolling or tipping accidents. Irregularly shaped blocks require careful positioning to avoid stress concentrations or damage from impact.
Rust prevention and identification management must also be prioritized. Forged blocks should undergo anti-rust treatment-such as the application of anti-rust oil or coatings-prior to storage, and be wrapped in anti-rust paper or protective film if necessary. Inventory management requires clear labeling of material grades, specifications, dimensions, weights, and batch information to ensure organized classification and alignment between records and actual stock. Furthermore, the inventory status should be inspected regularly, with any rust or anomalies addressed promptly to ensure the materials remain in good condition during long-term storage.
